 The indoor swimming pool is located in the basement of the Villa.The swimming pool is entirely a "Vlarem" certified swimming pool, which means it has to comply with the strictest standards. These standards requiring the separation of dry/wet areas with the dressing rooms in between. 3 dressing rooms , hair dryers, showers, a sauna with infra-red waves and a refreshing cold waterfall. The swimming pool is approximately 7 by 3 meters and can be entered by gentle steps with the aid of a stainless steal safety rail. A safety rail continues along the wall of the swimming pool. The water temperature is 30 degrees, the surrounding temperature is a balmy 32 degrees. Jet stream and jacuzzi massage jets make an enjoyable experience complete. Special noise reduction panels contribute to a very pleasant environment.

 The fitness facilities are in the basement at the back of the Villa. The fitness room is well-equipped with new professional and medically recognised cardiovascular, weight training equipment for all fitness levels (for instance Cross Trainer, Power Plate, Life Fitness). The entrance at the back of the Villa gives access to the Health centre including the fitness area, the massage rooms, the swimming pool and sauna.
